Briefing meeting to establish the role, company and
candidate specifications as well as budget, timescales
and process.
Preliminary target company list agreed, taking into
account client preferences and off limits.
Candidate identification of individuals with the relevant
background and skillsets, including voice and electronic
contact details.
Telephone pitch to engage candidates, incorporating
the USP’s of the client and the role. Establishing genuine
interest from candidates and sourcing those who decline.
Briefing document emailed to all interested candidates,
CVs obtained and qualified against client requirements.
Relevant candidate CV’s submitted to you together
with our notes and remuneration information for
initial interview.
